Nisbets are currently recruiting for Customer Service / Contact Centre Advisors to start as early as 19th May 2025!

Normal Working hours are between Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5pm, Hybrid working available after settling in period.

Starting Annual Salary £25,349

About The Role

As one of our Customer Service Advisors, you will handle a broad range of calls daily. The work is varied and can be challenging; however, we provide all the training and support you need to be successful in your role. What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

  • Deal effectively and efficiently with all Customer Service related requests primarily via the inbound phone channel, and when necessary via QMS/e-mail/webchat, taking responsibility for processing each query through to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Work closely with other areas of the business, maintaining and developing collaborative relationships to support our customers.
  • Develop your product knowledge to assist customers with technical queries.
  • Keep informed on marketing and promotional activity.
  • Keep records of all conversations and transactions on our in-house system.
  • Undertake additional Customer Service related business activities including dealing with 1st line complaints.

About You

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will need to show the following skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a previous customer service role is desirable; however, not essential as full training will be provided.
