Job Title: Customer Service Consultant (Money Confidence Expert)

Function: Branch Banking

Location: Truro

Hours: Full Time 35 Hours. Flexible between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday on a rotational basis

Salary: £26,160 (£24,000 base, plus cash allowance of £2,160) and excellent benefits

Responsibilities:

• Help personal and business customers build confidence in using various banking channels.
• Assist customers face-to-face, via telephone, and video banking to deepen relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries, address needs, and proactively educate about products and services.
• Offer financial support and personalized service to enhance customer experience.

What You’ll Bring:

• Exceptional customer service skills in person, video, and phone interactions.
• Ability to understand customer needs and support their goals.
• Problem-solving skills and a collaborative team approach.
• Proficiency in digital banking tools and educating customers to self-serve digitally.

Location:

• Must be able to commute to various branch locations. Training will be in Plymouth for the first 4 months.

What We Offer:

• Base salary of £24,000 from day one.
• Additional 9% (£2,160) flexible benefits or cash.
• Variable pay (5%/£1,200 on target).
• Company pension contribution up to 13%.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
