Purpose of the role

Aesop seeks a dedicated German-speaking Customer Service Consultant for a full-time, hybrid, permanent position based in our London office. The role involves supporting customers via online channels, including phone, live chat, messaging, and video consultations.

You will build strong customer relationships, contribute to sales growth, and ensure a flawless customer experience across our channels. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for supporting and communicating with customers
  • Excellent written skills
  • Fluent German, additional languages are a plus
  • Adaptability to the online environment and quick learning ability
  • Decisiveness and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Understanding of system efficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with case management systems (Zendesk, Salesforce preferred)
  • Initiative and respect for the Aesop brand
  • Experience in digital customer service (essential); knowledge of skincare, body care, fragrance, and home categories (preferred but not essential)
