Job description

Immediate Start - Long term contract

Potential permanent opportunity

Rugby Based

Some Hybrid working once training is complete

24/7 operation - shifts may include nights, weekends, and bank holidays - 40 hours per week

Salary: £26,312 - £12.90 per hour for the first 4 weeks, then £28,433-£31,697 once on shift

Our client based in Rugby is seeking a customer-focused individual to join their busy team.

Duties:
  1. Receiving and logging high-volume calls from drivers who have broken down
  2. Proactively liaising with dealers and customers
  3. Source and negotiate solutions to resolve cases
  4. Monitor the quality of cases and identify corrective actions
  5. Supporting the Help Desk
Person Specification:
  1. Excellent Customer Service skills
  2. Ability to learn systems and processes quickly
  3. Customer-focused with a logical approach to problem solving and decision making
  4. Able to 'think on your feet'
  5. Superb communication skills
  6. Positive and proactive attitude
