We have a rare opportunity to join our Customer Service Team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
To take responsibility for ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded in a professional and efficient manner to ensure the effective operation of the Customer Services function

Working in a fast-paced department with the responsibility for ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded in a professional and efficient manner to ensure the effective operation of the Customer Services function. Work closely with all colleagues and branches to ensure appropriate support to the wider business is provided and actively promote the products and services offered by the company.
Day to day responsibilities include:-
· Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience working in a customer service environment.
· Ability to adopt a flexible approach to work and be able to adapt to unexpected demands.
· Demonstrate patience and empathy.
· Highly organised approach to work.
· Confident IT user, including a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Be a practical problem solver.
· Experience of working within agricultural.
· Experience of D365 or other customer ordering programs.
