Your typical day as an Installations Planner:

Our Customer Service Centre Installation Planners are the heart of our planning operation for our field-based Installation Technicians. No two days are the same! You'll act as a first point of contact for Innserve's technicians, team managers, and customers. Your role involves planning and organizing their daily activities such as maintenance or installation visits. You'll take the lead in communicating with our customers to ensure they are prepared for the technician's visit. You will work to agreed timescales to ensure work is completed by the expected date.
