Job summary

Une entreprise de recrutement recherche un Conseiller en Service Client pour un client d'autorité locale à Londres. Le candidat sera responsable d'apporter un soutien aux résidents à travers divers canaux de communication, en assurant la continuité d'un excellent service client. Cette position offre un contrat initial de 3 à 6 mois, avec des horaires de travail flexibles de lundi à vendredi, 36 heures par semaine.

Qualifications

  • Expérience dans le service client par téléphone, email et en face-à-face.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Aisance avec les systèmes informatiques.

Responsibilities

  • Répondre aux demandes des résidents par divers canaux de communication.

  • Gérer les paiements et mettre à jour plusieurs systèmes.

Job description

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Customer Service Centre Advisor for a local authority client in West London.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, providing solution-focused support across a range of council services through multiple communication channels.

Key Duties:

  • Respond to resident enquiries across phone, email, face-to-face and digital channels.
  • Provide accurate advice and information on council services.
  • Handle payments, process referrals, and update multiple systems.
  • Work flexibly across teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Experience delivering customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, face-to-face).
  • Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Skilled in handling complex or sensitive enquiries with professionalism.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What's on offer:

Salary: £17+ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
