SPAR Amlwch is seeking a Customer Team Member to support our store management and deliver a great customer experience. You will assist in maximising sales through tills, stock checks, promotions and a tidy, well-merchandised sales floor.

The role offers permanent hours with a wage up to £12.75 per hour depending on age, plus a benefits package including pension, life insurance, staff discounts, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or similar role preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow procedures.
• Ability to assist with adherence to store policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful manner.
• Process purchases accurately at tills and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain stock, check deliveries and keep shelves organised.
• Support promotions, price changes and display requirements.
