A local family business in Dudley is seeking a Customer Service / Cashier. Join a new and exciting team providing exceptional hospitality and service. Ideal candidates will have a fun attitude and strong communication skills. Previous experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right individuals. CUSTOMER SERVICE / CASHIER

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide them with an inviting and memorable experience.

Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using our POS system, ensuring all transactions are correct and complete.

Provide the highest level of customer service and hospitality, addressing any questions or requests promptly and courteously.

Have a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients, allergies and benefits, to help customers make informed choices.

Assist in preparing and delivering delicious food to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.

Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.

Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.

Support with any additional duties assigned.

Previous experience in the hospitality and/or food service industry is preferred but NOT REQUIRED. We provide training.
