What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Communicating with clients and creditors via calls, emails, texts – offering guidance and reassurance.
  • Building trust and understanding by listening with empathy and professionalism.
  • Providing tailored financial support and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Supporting the business with their growth plans, working to KPI’s.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday to Friday. You may be required to work one Saturday per month, for which you will receive a full day off during the week in return.

To be considered for this position, you must be fully flexible and available to work across the following shift patterns:

  • 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • 11:00am – 7:00pm
  • 12:00pm – 8:00pm

Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills needed to contribute towards excellent customer service.
