Job summary

GerrardWhite in Solihull is hiring Graduate Customer Service Agents to join our growing team. This full-time role offers day-one training, a clear career path, and the chance to develop valuable customer service skills while supporting our global clients.

Starting salary £25,000 with progression as you develop, and shifts 8am–8pm, five days a week. Start date Monday 12 October 2026 and assessment week commencing 5 October in Solihull.

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, working a shift pattern between 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday
