Role summary

The role will involve providing specialist support for Charles Taylor Assistance medical operations. As a Billing and Network Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance and accuracy of medical expenses within our organisation. You will be responsible for reviewing, auditing, and processing these expenses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will contribute to accurate and efficient expense management, ultimately optimising cost-effectiveness and financial outcomes for our organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Creation, assessment, and coverage of travel insurance claims
  • Review and audit of medical expenses according to group policy
  • Understanding and entering invoice payments on our inhouse system
  • Identify and carry out negotiations of medical invoices
  • Handle and co-ordinate requests for arrangement of logistical services for clients
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to fixed timeframes
  • Innovation and creativity

  • Capable of functioning in a high-pressure environment
  • Must be confident and self-motivated
  • Team player - with the ability to work alone using own initiative
