Job summary

OurCoop is recruiting for roles within its community-focused stores. You will be part of a multi-skilled store team, covering checkouts, shop floor tasks, housekeeping, bakery operations and admin. There's a focus on joining members to the cooperative and supporting the local community.

No prior experience is required. A warm, presentable manner and willingness to learn are valued, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist at checkouts and on the shop floor.
• Support housekeeping, date code checks and temperature checks.
• Handle administration tasks and support in-store bakery operations.
• Promote the benefits of membership to customers and encourage sign-ups.
