Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store well-stocked.

You will also be responsible for maintaining cash security, unloading trucks, stock replenishment, and keeping the store clean and presentable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform extensive walking, standing, bending, and manual tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Keep the store clean, restrooms stocked, and floors swept/mopped.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
