Job summary

TESCO UK is hiring in-store colleagues to welcome customers, help with products and keep shelves replenished. You'll work across the store, including checkout service and online order picking, with flexible hours and a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.

We're looking for people who enjoy helping others, can build rapport with customers, and work well in a team. You’ll be supported with shift scheduling and opportunities to grow within Tesco.

• Over 18 for this role.
• A passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to build rapport and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Being confident with products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
