Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with products and services and offer help when needed.
• Provide flexible support across the store including shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general duties.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and store performance.
