JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Supports the day-to-day management of the property and its community, including marketing, building maintenance, and tenancy administration, with a focus on delivering an excellent resident experience to achieve occupancy and retention goals.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with team members to deliver exceptional resident living experiences.
  • Creates a positive and memorable experience for residents.
  • Provides comprehensive customer service, including front-of-house support that exceeds resident expectations.
  • Responds positively to customer queries and complaints, taking appropriate action according to Greystar’s procedures.
  • Supports community events and activities.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with university clients.
  • Gathers and maintains local knowledge relevant to resident needs, such as travel, entertainment, and amenities.
  • Handles administrative tasks like logging maintenance requests, filing, and updating databases.
  • Participates in marketing activities, including open days and leafleting, to promote the property.
  • Conducts sales and leasing activities, including property viewings, following up on inquiries, and converting leads.
  • Assists with summer community preparations, including move-in and move-out processes.
  • Ensures health and safety compliance in line with company policies.
  • Participates in an on-call roster for out-of-hours emergency support.
  • Follows rent collection procedures to chase outstanding arrears and meet property targets.
  • Promotes tenancy extensions and additional revenue streams such as vending.
  • Raises purchase orders following procedures.
  • Ensures timely processing of tenant refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Optimizes utility efficiency.

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good general education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other systems such as databases or booking systems (training provided)
