Location: The Helix 4 Stadium Way Falkirk, FK2 9EE

Salary: £25,311 - £25,581 per year pro rata

Contract Type: Temporary

Position Type: Part Time

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for great customer service to join our team at the Helix Visitor Centre next to The Kelpies. As a customer service assistant, you will be the face of our business and will help provide a 5 star experience for all visitors to The Helix. We are looking for individuals with customer service experience who display a positive attitude, are passionate, organised and can successfully work as part of a team. A strong willingness to learn is also critical.

You will work 17 hours per week over 4 shifts per week across a three week rota. Shifts will be 16.30 – 20.30 or 17.30 – 20.30 and will include an equal share of weekend shifts. You will assist with selling, re-stocking and merchandising of our retail range, sharing your knowledge of the products on sale. You will provide information that will assist our visitors as they move around The Helix and/or beyond and perform general administrative duties including taking telephone enquiries.

This post is temporary until September 2025 due to service requirement.
