As a Customer Service Assistant within Retail, you will:

• Provide travel assistance, information, and guidance to ensure customers are well-informed and confident in their travel.
• Assist with travel needs, offer reassurance, and provide accurate journey advice.
• Guide customers through ticket purchasing, assist with timetable inquiries, manage queues, and support ticket machine usage for efficient service.

Full training will be provided for this role.
