Customer Service Assistant (Part Time) - Ferndown

We are recruiting a Customer Service Assistant on a Part-Time, Permanent basis working 5.75 hours per week every Sunday from 10:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Processing sales at the till point
• Customer enquiries
• Cash handling
• Wrapping and packaging
• General housekeeping duties
• Distribute and maintain trolley stock
• Return unwanted products to the shop floor
• Return faulty/damaged items to the warehouse
• Ensure shopping baskets are consistently available for customer usage
• Provide customers with carry-to-car service, especially for large items
• General car park housekeeping duties
• Collect and distribute trolleys to ensure availability and safety in the car park

About You

• Previous experience in retail or a similar role is an advantage but not essential
• Comfortable working independently and predominantly outdoors
• Good awareness of surroundings to ensure safe working practices; full training will be provided
