Position: Customer Service Assistant (Part Time)

Salary: Up to£17,500 per annum DOE

Hours: 25/week MON-FRI flexible start/finish between 7am-5pm *NO WEEKENDS!

Location: Williams, Unit 9, 20 Airfield Way, Christchurch, BH23 3PE

Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we're looking for a part-timeCustomer Service Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in Christchurch!

This is a varied and active role which includes: serving customers on the trade counter and over the phone, assisting with warehouse duties, and delivery driving.

If you also have previous exposure of working within a plumbing and heating merchants, builders' merchants or wholesaler, trade counter, or on the tools within the plumbing and heating trade, we would LOVE to hear from you!

As our Customer Service Assistant, you'll be:

  • Maintaining the warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping.
  • Serving on the trade counter and handling incoming enquiries.
  • Accurately picking orders in preparation for delivery.
  • Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
  • Assisting with the general upkeep of the branch.
  • Carrying out deliveries in the local area.
  • Processing quotes.
