Night-Time Customer Service Assistant, Nottingham

Hourly Rate: £13

Working Hours: 9pm – 6am. 1 shift per week. 9-hour contract

We offer style, luxury, and comfort, surrounded by amenities and vibrant city life. We’re seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for residents while maintaining our site and facilities at the highest standards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to residents, anticipating their needs, offering local information, and handling inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
• Greet and welcome residents and guests warmly at front of house/reception.
• Be available to answer questions and assist residents as needed.
• Ensure communal areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard during the shift.
• Address issues or challenges promptly, providing solutions.
• Conduct regular patrols of the building, reporting on conditions.
• Replenish refreshments and manage parcel storage for residents.
• Act as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
• Maintain waste management areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in delivering premium customer service, with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.
• Technologically proficient, with the ability to operate relevant systems and software.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment, demonstrating respect and inclusivity.
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, calm under pressure, adaptable, creative, and positive.
• Resilient and capable of handling unexpected situations.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, with accommodations if needed.
• Flexible availability to work nights, including holidays and special occasions, as required.
