Job Description:
Our established client based in Ringwood is looking to recruit a full-time Customer Service Assistant to join a multi-channel Contact Centre. The role involves handling inbound calls, processing new orders, and customer service actions. The order handling requires sales skills with an emphasis on upselling. Additional responsibilities include managing emails and other back-office tasks. Full training is provided for all aspects of the role.
The successful candidate will join a team of experienced consultants, with opportunities for growth and role progression, including salary increases for additional duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers and the client, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of inquiries.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, resolving issues efficiently to ensure first-call resolution.
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through a customer-centric approach.
- Accurately document interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies.
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue.
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, and promotions.
- Place customer orders and resolve inquiries promptly.

Job Details:
Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Ringwood
Hours: 40 paid hours per week, shifts from 10pm to 8am on a rotating pattern, including weekends.
