Night-Time Customer Service Assistant - Lewisham

Hourly Rate: £14

Working Hours: 9pm – 6am, Monday to Sunday, 2 shifts per week

Vita Student offers stylish, luxurious apartments with premium amenities in a vibrant city setting. We seek a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to provide a high-quality, home-from-home experience for our residents, ensuring the maintenance of our site and facilities to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Greeting and welcoming residents and guests with a friendly attitude.
  2. Responding to questions and providing local information.
  3. Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas during the night shift.
  4. Ensuring respectful use of facilities by residents and guests.
  5. Handling issues or emergencies onsite as the primary contact.
  6. Conducting regular building surveys and reporting.
  7. Replenishing refreshments and managing parcel deliveries.
  8. Managing waste and adhering to health & safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experienced in delivering premium customer service.
  • Proactive in maintaining cleanliness and safety.
  • Technologically proficient with relevant systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with multilingual abilities a plus.
  • Organized, calm under pressure, adaptable, positive, resilient.
  • Flexible to work during our 24/7 operation, including holidays and special occasions.
