Night-Time Customer Service Assistant - Glasgow

Hourly Rate: £12.50

Working Hours: 9pm – 6am, one shift per week

Overtime: Available for additional hours

Vita Student offers stylish, luxurious, and comfortable apartments with premium amenities in a vibrant city setting. We seek a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to provide a high-quality, personalized experience for residents, ensuring the maintenance and safety of our site and facilities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome residents and guests warmly at front of house.
  2. Assist with inquiries and questions.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas during the night shift.
  4. Ensure respectful use of facilities by residents and guests.
  5. Address issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
  6. Conduct regular building surveys and report findings.
  7. Replenish refreshments and manage parcel deliveries.
  8. Serve as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies.
  9. Manage waste areas following health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in delivering premium customer service.
  • Proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.
  • Technologically savvy, able to operate various systems and software.
Personal Characteristics:
  • Ability to communicate effectively, multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Organized, calm under pressure, adaptable, positive, and resilient.
  • Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Flexible availability to work across a 24/7 operation, including holidays and special occasions.
