Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant Multi Skill to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

As a Customer Services Assistant Multi Skill, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Please note: This role is contracted to 50 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
  • Being knowledgeable about the food service and helping customers with natural service
  • Representing Universities and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Handling cash and operating the cash register
  • Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations
