We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at GL1. Being the first point of contact for customers entering the centre, you must be able to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Ideally, you will have experience of dealing with customers, either face-to-face or via the telephone. You will be operating the till, processing memberships, preparing and selling food and drink (as required), and generally ensuring a great service is received by all our customers. We want our employees and customers to have the best experience possible, so if this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

Hours: full & part-time hours available

Requirements
