Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for excellent customer service to join our team at the 5-star rated Helix Visitor Centre, located next to The Kelpies. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the face of our business, helping to deliver a 5-star visitor experience for all guests at The Helix.

We prefer candidates with catering experience who demonstrate a positive attitude, are passionate, organized, and capable of working effectively as part of a team. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
