We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for great customer service to join our team at the 5-star rated Helix Visitor Centre next to The Kelpies. As a customer service assistant, you will be the face of our business and will help provide a 5-star visitor experience for all visitors to The Helix. We are looking for individuals with catering experience who display a positive attitude, are passionate, organised, and can successfully work as part of a team. A strong willingness to learn is also critical.

As an employee of Falkirk Council, you would be entitled to the following:

You will work 2 shifts per week across a four-week rota. Weekend work will be required.

This post is temporary until October 2025 due to service requirement.
