Job summary

Wickes in Kettering is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to support customers on the shop floor and ensure a friendly, efficient service at all times.

You’ll greet customers, respond to questions, handle simple transactions and help with stock placement while upholding Wickes’ standards of great customer care. This is a full-time, on-site role with hours around store openings.

Customer Service Assistant - Wickes, Kettering, ENG, GB

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. The Role and whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile.

Working Hours Flexibility around the store's opening hours is essential.

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
• Saturday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Sunday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

About you

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
