Job summary

Job description

The Role

What you will do

You will provide effective customer service and first line enquiry management for GTC Scotland.

What you will need to be successful

  • You have experience of working in a customer contact, secretarial or administrative role where you interacted with colleagues, customers or service users.
  • You have great communication skills, good quality written skills and are committed to team working.
  • You have qualifications at Higher level (SCQF level 6) or equivalent vocational or work-based training and an SCQF level 6 qualification in English.
  • You hold a relevant customer service, secretarial or business administration qualification or equivalent vocational or work-based training.

We don't expect perfection. If you don't meet 100% of the requirements but you share our values and you believe you have the potential to be successful in the role, we encourage you to still apply.

Working Hours / Pattern

We see this role being based on full time working hours of 35 hours per week, however we would still like to hear from you if you are interested in the role but have alternative needs in relation to working hours or pattern.
