A customer service organization in Scotland is looking for dedicated individuals for a customer service and first line enquiry management role. Candidates should have SCQF level 6 qualifications, relevant experience, and strong communication skills. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a diverse and inclusive team.
The Role
What you will do
You will provide effective customer service and first line enquiry management for GTC Scotland.

Working Hours / Pattern
We see this role being based on full time working hours of 35 hours per week, however we would still like to hear from you if you are interested in the role but have alternative needs in relation to working hours or pattern.
