Job summary

Elior Group is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for part-time, term-time hours at our school catering operation. You’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact, helping customers in person, over the phone, or online.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering queries, processing transactions and keeping the service area welcoming. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm during school terms.

Qualifications

• Warm, approachable and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a customer service or front-of-house role.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Confidence with IT systems, tills or booking platforms.
