Overview

We are looking for Customer Service Assistants to join Heart of England Cooperative Society in our Glenvale Park convenience store on a fixed term, part-time contract for 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store standards to be the go-to convenience store within the local communities we serve.
• Work with your team to create a great atmosphere for our customers and always go the extra mile.
• Support local groups, clubs and good causes within the local communities with the help of our dedicated colleagues and our Community & Membership Team.
