Job summary

OurCoop in Swindon is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. You will help customers, operate tills, and ensure a friendly, efficient store experience. Shifts may include evenings and weekends to cover busy periods.

You will be welcoming, patient, and proactive in helping customers, stacking shelves, replenishing stock, and guiding shoppers to the right products. Training and development plans are provided to support your growth in a busy retail environment.
