Part Time – 21 Hours (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday)
We are seeking a driven, flexible, and agile Customer Services Assistant to join our Customer Services Team on a 6-month fixed term contract. As the first point of contact for customers, you should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail.
You will need to work well under pressure, manage your workload proactively, and resolve customer inquiries across various channels including telephone, email, and messaging platforms.
