Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our members across various channels, creating a genuine culture that prioritises their needs.
  • Promote the Society's products and services through our digital app, over the phone, or face to face.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Society, ensuring compliance with business controls, regulatory requirements, and codes of practise.
  • Serve our community by identifying local events and supporting them to strengthen our ties with members.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that shine through in every interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on your experience and skills.
