The company is now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their team.

Role

They are looking for a customer service assistant to manage the day to day of processing sales, advising customers and solving issues. In this role, you will:

Process web sales from our site and other marketplaces

Advising and help customers over the phone and on email

Chasing customers for details required to fulfil order

Ordering stock from suppliers

Creating social media posts to promote our products and services

Managing the backend of the website and other marketplaces

Essential

Candidate Requirements:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A customer-first mindset with genuine empathy

Following training, the ability to explain technical concepts simply

Preferred

Previous experience in customer service

Experience with air conditioning/prior knowledge
