Customer Service Assistant — Location: Pershore. Contract: Seasonal contract to cover the Christmas peak (Sept-Jan). Hours: Full time (37-40 hours per week). Pay: £12.21 per hour plus holiday pay.
About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant with a people-first attitude to join our team in Pershore during our busiest time of the year. You’ll be a key part of our customer service operation, helping us maintain excellent service standards over the Christmas period.
Your responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints, responding to phone calls and emails, and keeping accurate customer service records. You’ll also support corporate clients, place orders, and provide product advice.
