B&M Retail Limited in Newtownards is seeking Customer Service Assistants for permanent, part-time roles with 12 hours a week guaranteed and evening shift flexibility.

Stores trade seven days a week and offer on-the-job training, development opportunities, and staff discounts from week 1. Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential; we value a can-do attitude and team players to support customers across busy shifts.

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for Customer Service Assistants to join our team in Newtownwards!

These are permanent, part-time positions with 12 hours a week guaranteed and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the evenings.

We are one of the UK’s fastest growing retailers and, with our ongoing expansion plans, there’s never been a better time to join us! Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week. This role requires flexibility to work evening and weekend shift patterns.

We’re big on personality and attitude - experience in a fast-paced retail environment or customer service is a bonus, but not essential.
