Job description

We are currently looking for several customer service assistants to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Duties

  1. Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail.
  2. Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  3. A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
  4. Professional and friendly telephone manner.
  5. Customer Service experience.
  6. Experience of working in a target-driven environment to a high standard.
  7. PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease.
  8. A good consistent typing speed.
  9. Take ownership of situations with positivity, resilience, and a dedicated approach to providing service excellence.
  10. Able to work within a fast-paced, engaging environment.

Monthly Basic Salary + commission

Hours: 37.5 - 41.25

Salary: £22,186
