Salary: £25,311 - £25,581 per year pro rata

Hours: 10.25 hours per week
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for great customer service to join our team at the 5-star rated Helix Visitor Centre next to The Kelpies. As a customer service assistant, you will be the face of our business and will help provide a 5 star visitor experience for all visitors to The Helix. We are looking for individuals with catering experience who display a positive attitude, are passionate, organised and can successfully work as part of a team. A strong willingness to learn is also critical.
As an employee of Falkirk Council, you would be entitled to the following:
You will work 2 shifts per week across a four week rota. Weekend work will be required.
This post is temporary until October 2025 due to service requirement.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
