My client is a roofing specialist sub- contractor, that are in the market for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team. The position requires an astute, organised individual to join their team.

Main Purpose of Role:

Provide sales support and Project prices to Customers and External Sales teams on Roofing Products.
Key Tasks:

Specific duties would include:
• Producing and Issuing project Quotations.
• Checking project margins.
• Checking specifications against customer requirements.
• Responding to verbal pricing requests and product information.
• Responding to customer emails
• Assisting the customer service team.
• Dealing with estimating and customer service phone calls

Key Requirements for Role:
• Maintain high levels of communication different departments within the Company.
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced department with tight deadlines.
• You should have 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics, and possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and develop relationships
• Competent at intermediate /advanced level in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to have a flexible approach to duties.
