Customer Service Assistant - 37.5 Hours

What will you do:

Provide GREAT customer service:

  • Provide a warm, welcoming environment to students, parents, and visitors to your buildings
  • Reply to phone calls and emails in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner
  • Monitor the booking system and deal with any follow-up bookings

Get Creative:

  • Assist with the marketing campaigns and lettings of the building and help with site viewings
  • Support the management to organise social events for students

Take Lead:

  • Collation, control, and management of Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Establishing and developing working relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Working with University accommodation teams to ensure a quality service to our clients.

Qualifications And Experience:

  • Experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Experience of sales or increasing revenue in current or previous role is desirable
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt accordingly to the situation
