Job Title: Customer Service Assistant at A Nichols (Cow Mills)

Join our team at Warmley and play a part in putting the farmer at the heart of everything we do! We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Assistant to provide excellent service to our customers.

Hours of Work

45 hours per week, working on a rota basis.

Salary

Starting from £11.44 (Ages under 19: £9.14), with opportunities to earn more through experience and gaining qualifications such as Forklift, First Aid, and RAMA (AMTRA).

About You

You enjoy talking to people and putting customers first. You are confident, engaging, motivated, and knowledgeable about products. We will teach you the rest!

Responsibilities

• Serving on the tills
• Making displays look enticing
• Responding to customer requests in a helpful and efficient manner
