Customer Service Assistant - Bristol

Hourly Rate: £13

Working Hours: 6am – 9pm, 18 hours per week

Vita Student offers innovative apartment designs with a variety of studios to suit students' lifestyles, providing privacy or shared living options. We prioritize style, luxury, and comfort, complemented by premium amenities and vibrant city life. We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxurious, home-from-home experience for our students.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional, personalized service to students by anticipating and fulfilling their needs, offering local information, and handling inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Greeting and welcoming students and guests warmly at the front desk.
  • Being available to answer questions and assist as needed.
  • Ensuring the proper upkeep and respectful use of facilities by residents and guests.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and high standards in communal areas.
  • Responding to issues or challenges promptly with solutions.
  • Conducting regular building surveys and reporting findings.
  • Replenishing refreshments and managing parcel storage for residents.
  • Acting as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
  • Managing waste areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Ideal candidate profile:

Experience:

  • Experienced in delivering premium customer service.
  • Proactive in maintaining cleanliness and safety, not necessarily professional cleaners.
  • Technologically savvy, familiar with relevant systems and software.

Personal qualities:

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, demonstrating respect and inclusivity.
  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Creative, adaptable, positive, and resilient.
  • Physically capable of extended standing and repetitive tasks, with accommodations as needed.
  • Flexible availability to work at all hours, including holidays and religious celebrations, to ensure continuous resident service.
