The role is to support a team of auditors primarily based in the UK and in India who provide audit and compliance for the whole NEC Software Solutions business. NEC Software Solutions are certified to and externally audited against multiple ISO Standards. These include, but are not limited to, Information Security, Business Continuity, Environmental Management, Service Management and Quality Management.
The team also manage the annual compliance training for all of our Colleagues and Sponsors and oversee the provision of vetting and checks.
Auditors are responsible for ensuring compliance to all of the ISO standards and therefore have access to all areas of the business. This unique role will provide a full grounding in all aspects of our business.

Key opportunities:

  • Design and administration of internal web pages and associated content for all certifications including information security and business continuity.
  • Assist in the management and creation of internal communications for the team.
  • Scheduling, including the planning of internal and external audits.
  • To attend internal and external audits including remote and site based.
  • Work with a dedicated apprentice mentor who will support and develop you throughout your apprenticeship
  • You will be afforded the opportunity to work alongside a diverse team of skilled auditors, covering all areas of the business giving you an appreciation of many business areas.
