Rye Motors is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience at all times.

Typical Daily Responsibilities
  1. Taking incoming and making outgoing calls
  2. Updating the system with accurate notes
  3. Pre-call and reminder phone calls
  4. Meeting and greeting customers
  5. Capturing customer contact details
  6. Organising collection times
  7. Providing customer updates throughout the day
  8. Explaining works performed during customer collection
  9. Following up to ensure excellent customer service
  10. Being a team player and maintaining a positive attitude
Support and Training

Full training will be provided by The Growth Company, including coaching from a dedicated mentor. You will learn customer booking, dealer computer systems, face-to-face customer interactions, and eventually managing your own customer journey.
