Stena Line in Belfast Port is seeking a part-time Customer Service and Check-in Agent to join our Ports & Terminals team. The role operates on a 4 days on, 12 days off roster and is based at Belfast Port.
You will deliver welcoming, caring, and reliable service to passengers and freight customers, with a focus on safety and smooth journeys. Applications are via our online system.
Contract – Permanent Part-Time
Salary – £29,455 per annum (full-time equivalent). Actual salary £14,734.51 per annum, pro rata, based on 21 hours per week.
Shift Pattern – 4 days on, 12 days off rotation

No two days are the same in this role. From assisting passengers and freight customers to managing check-in and boarding activities, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring journeys start safely, smoothly, and with a smile.

You'll be joining a team that takes pride in delivering a safe, efficient and friendly port experience. Working closely with colleagues across Ports & Terminals, Freight, Travel, Onboard Sales & Services and other support functions, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive great service every step of the way.
