Do you love providing high-quality customer service combined with administration?

Come and work as part of a busy and fast-moving Admissions team. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service and administrative skills.

You will act as the College's first point of contact for all customers and provide information to prospective students, current students, employers, and other stakeholders using various communication methods to address customer inquiries.

You will support learners from application to enrollment, so accuracy and high customer service standards are essential for both external and internal customers.

The Customer Service and Admissions team manages the college’s reception and assists with college-wide evening events.
