Your tasks

  1. Customer Support: Serve as the initial contact point, delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide guidance on product installation, usage, maintenance, and handle complaints with appropriate solutions.
  3. Coordination: Communicate with transport providers to ensure smooth delivery.
  4. Order Processing: Manage orders, returns, and complaints efficiently within our e-commerce system.
  5. System Monitoring: Regularly check system processes and payment options for optimal online store performance.
  6. Reporting: Maintain records of KPIs like NPS and CSAT to facilitate improvements.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements for better service delivery.
  8. Community Management: Engage with social media followers and respond to comments and messages.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • At least 2 years of proven customer support experience.
  • Passion for customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent self-organization and time management.
  • Commitment to learning and process improvement.
  • Solid IT skills and adaptability to new tools.
